LIST at Ettelbruck 2024

From 05 July to 7 July 2022, the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) will participate in the Foire Agricole d'Ettelbruck in Ettelbruck, Luxembourg.

Agriculture and viticulture are facing numerous challenges due to a changing environment and increasing legal constraints. Based on the complementary competences of the Agro-environmental Systems Group, LIST's booth will focus on presenting our innovative solutions for a sustainable agricultural production in Luxembourg. Focussing on the development of practical approaches that can be easily transferred to existing cropping systems, LIST is supporting agriculture by evolving digital decision support tool, climate-friendly cropping systems, biopesticides and technical devices for a smart production In addition, the knowledge gained in our research projects will support decision makers from politics, advisory services and farmers associations to allow resource efficient production that will show high resilience against climate change.

Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about our research approaches, e.g. the potential of different cropping techniques for influencing greenhouse gas emission.
They will see living research and many other demonstrations.
