LIST participation in Manufuture 2015: two panel speakers

The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) will participate in the Manufuture 2015 conference with two high-level speakers and a stand. Organized around the topic of "Strategic investments in European manufacturing to rise to global challenges", the event will be held from 23-24 November 2015 at the European Convention Center in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

Held every two years, Manufuture is the key event for the European manufacturing industry and attracts a large attendance of business leaders, researchers, innovators, and policy makers, as well as representatives of key technology platforms and the European Commission.

This year's edition features a two-day programme with over 50 international speakers, B2B matchmaking and industrial site tours.

LIST's two panel speakers are:

• Professor Dr. Gabriel Crean, CEO of LIST, who will discuss the subject of R&D for competitive manufacturing in Europe
• Professor Jens Kreisel, Director of the Materials Research and Technology (MRT) department, who will take part in a panel on the sustainability of resources in manufacturing
