Potatoes and biodiversity

On September 6th, the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) will participate in the 2015 edition of the "Gromperefest" with a booth dedicated to biodiversity of which the potato with its 3,000 different sorts is an essential element. Young and old will have the opportunity to carry out experiments around the potato and to participate in a quiz.
