LIST's Board of directors appointed

In accordance with the provisions of the Act of 3 December 2014 on the organisation of public research centres (CRP), the Cabinet has just appointed the external members of the Board of Directors of the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) following a recommendation from the Minister of Research and Higher Education.

As of 1 January 2025, the LIST Board of Directors is composed of the following members appointed for a 5-year term of office:

• Anouk AGNES, Independent Director, Luxembourg ;
• Tom BATTIN, Full Professor at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, Switzerland;
• Candi CARRERA, Independent Director, Luxembourg;
• Isabelle FABER, Director of Human Resources, Public Relations & CSR, POST Luxembourg, Luxembourg ;
• Etienne JACQUE, Corporate R&D Manager at CEBI International SA, Luxembourg;
• Steve KREMER, Directeur 1ère classe at Inria Nancy Grand-Est and LORIA (Université de Lorraine, CNRS), Nancy, France;
• Anne-Marie SOLVI, CEO of Paul Wurth Geprolux S.A., Luxembourg;
• Danièle WALDMANN-DIEDERICH, Full Professor at the Technische Universität in Darmstadt, Germany;
• Laurence ZENNER, Managing Director and CEO of Creos Luxembourg S.A., Luxembourg;

In addition to:

• Jean-Sébastien THOMANN, as Member of the LIST Collaborative Council;
• Stéphane JACQUEMART, as President of the LIST staff delegation.

Etienne Jacqué is appointed Chair and Isabelle Faber is appointed Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors.

Robert Kerger, Counsellor at the Ministry of Research and Higher Education, will continue to act as LIST's Government Commissioner.
